This progressive program is designed to refine your body movement, hip control, footwork precision, arm styling, balance, and musicality—so you don’t just dance bachata… you feel it.

Each week you’ll train:

Bachata footwork foundations & variations
Controlled hip action & body isolation
Smooth arm styling & upper body coordination
Balance, turns & clean lines
Musical interpretation (romantic, moderna & sensual textures)
Short progressive combinations that build week-to-week

This class focuses on technique, control, fluidity, and presence—helping you move with intention, elegance, and confidence both on the social floor and in performance.
