Salsa Styling & Technique (8-Week Series)
Step into your most confident, polished salsa. This progressive 8-week program is designed to elevate your footwork, hips, posture, arm styling, musicality, and presence—so you don’t just learn steps… you embody the music.

Each week you’ll train:

  • Salsa shines & clean footwork foundations
  • Body movement (hips, ribcage, core control)
  • Arm styling + coordination
  • Turns & balance technique
  • Musicality, texture, and “performance quality” execution
  • Short combinations that build week-to-week

This series emphasizes technique, control, fluidity, precision, and stage presence — helping you develop confidence, elegance, and clarity in your movement both socially and in performance settings.

Open to all levels (beginner-friendly with options to level up).
No partner required (solo class).

  • Balance, turns & clean lines
  • Musical interpretation (romantic, moderna & sensual textures)
  • Short progressive combinations that build week-to-week

This class focuses on technique, control, fluidity, and presence—helping you move with intention, elegance, and confidence both on the social floor and in performance.

This progressive 8-week partnerwork program is designed to help you move confidently and fluidly with a partner on the social dance floor. We focus on lead & follow technique, timing, frame, turn patterns, smooth transitions, and musical flow—so your dancing feels natural, effortless, and elegant.

Each week you’ll train:

  • Clear lead & responsive follow technique
  • Partner connection & frame control
  • Spins & turn combinations
  • Cross-body lead variations
  • Smooth transitions between patterns
  • Musicality for social dancing
  • Floorcraft & social dance etiquette

This class builds real-world confidence—so when the music starts, you’re ready.

This high-energy 8-week program blends Latin dance foundations with conditioning and fitness training—designed to help you build stamina, coordination, confidence, and total-body strength while dancing to irresistible rhythms.

You’ll move through:

  • Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha & Samba combinations
  • Cardio dance intervals
  • Core & lower body conditioning
  • Hip mobility & body coordination drills
  • Musicality & rhythm training
  • Confidence-building choreography

Choreography Challenge

March 1 - April 19 | SUN 6:00 PM


The Choreography Challenge 8-week Intensive Program designed for intermediate dancers ready to push their technique, stamina, and performance quality to the next level.

This is more than learning a routine — it’s a commitment to growth.

Over 8 weeks, dancers will train and refine a full choreographed piece with the opportunity to perform at our April Spring Showcase.

Throughout the challenge, you’ll develop:

  • Intermediate-level footwork & combinations
  • Clean transitions & spatial awareness
  • Musicality & dynamic expression
  • Arm styling refinement & body coordination
  • Stamina through repetition training
  • Stage presence & projection
  • Performance confidence under pressure

Class Focus:
This program emphasizes precision, discipline, artistry, and performance readiness. Dancers will be coached on execution, clarity, and embodying choreography — not just memorizing steps.

 Performance Opportunity:
Dancers who complete the 8-week challenge will have the opportunity to perform at the Artista April Spring Showcase.

Prerequisite: Prior salsa/Latin dance experience required. Must be comfortable with foundational technique and turns.
